Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervises and evaluates the work of branch support staff, assigns tasks, and monitors progress
  • •Manages the employment life cycle, including interviewing and onboarding/offboarding of branch associates
  • •Leads associate development through performance management, goal setting, and monthly coaching in line with branch/FA plans
  • •Coordinates and arranges training for branch staff to align with FA and branch needs
  • •Plans and leads monthly staff meetings and communicates policies/procedures to staff

Key Requirements

  • •SIE, Series 7, and 63/65 or 66 licenses required
  • •3+ years of industry experience as a Registered Client Specialist or comparable role; supervisory experience preferred
  • •Knowledge of advanced sales support functions
  • •Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and delegate workflows to achieve business objectives
  • •Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
