Job Summary

Lead the adoption of enterprise AI capabilities by acting as a technical bridge between business stakeholders, application teams, and the AI platform organization. •Partner with business stakeholders to identify and evaluate AI/ML opportunities and translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
•Design and guide implementation of AI-enabled applications, services, and workflows using LLMs, RAG, and agent frameworks.
•Provide technical leadership across architecture, APIs, microservices, and cloud-native solutions, participating in architecture reviews and technical decision-making.
•Collaborate with platform engineering teams to leverage approved enterprise AI technologies and standards.
•Mentor engineers and promote software engineering best practices, DevOps principles, and responsible AI practices while troubleshooting and removing delivery blockers.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 139,230 - 163,800 annually

Key Requirements

•8+ years of hands-on software engineering experience building enterprise applications.
•Strong programming experience in Java, Python, C#, Go, or similar object-oriented languages.
•Production experience implementing LLM, RAG, agentic AI, or generative AI solutions.
•Experience with AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, or MCP.
•Experience designing and implementing distributed systems and microservices architectures.
