Key Responsibilities

•Lead engineering, data, and AI teams supporting digital onboarding and customer decisioning platforms.
•Define architecture and technology strategy for backend services, data platforms, machine learning solutions, and AI-enabled capabilities.
•Drive development of cloud-native applications using Java, Python, AWS, and modern microservices architectures.
•Lead data engineering initiatives across data ingestion, transformation, orchestration, and analytics platforms.
•Establish and scale MLOps practices (model lifecycle management, monitoring/governance, and deployment automation) and advance agentic SDLC/AI-assisted engineering practices.

Key Requirements

•12+ years designing and delivering enterprise software solutions using Java and Python.
•8+ years leading engineering, data engineering, and machine learning teams.
•Experience leading organizations of 15+ associates, contractors, and vendor resources.
•Deep expertise with AWS services including SageMaker, Glue, S3, Lambda, and ECS/EKS, plus cloud-native development.
•Strong background in Snowflake, data architecture/modeling, large-scale data platforms, and building data pipelines/ETL frameworks (e.g., AWS Glue, Qlik Data Integration).
