Key Responsibilities

•Serve as analytics subject matter expert, designing and delivering projects using appropriate analytical methodologies and techniques.
•Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand business problems and determine the most suitable analytic approach.
•Lead medium-to-large analytics projects, executing detailed analytic scope/methodology and delivering within timelines and scope.
•Build data analytics solutions using large datasets with quantitative techniques and complex statistical models.
•Perform QA on data and deliverables, keep project documentation up to date, and provide subject matter expertise and quality assurance.

Key Requirements

•Hands-on experience with data analytics/programming tools such as SAS or Python.
•Proficiency with statistical techniques (e.g., linear/logistic regression, decision trees, random forests, SVMs, neural networks).
•Working knowledge of advanced data mining and modeling (e.g., predictive modeling, clustering, PCA, factor analysis).
•Demonstrated experience planning, organizing, and managing multiple analytics projects with cross-functional stakeholders.
•Solution design skill and ability to innovate to solve business problems using data-driven quantitative methodologies.
