Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate and run meetings to resolve issues across RFQ, feasibility, equipment design, fabrication, installation, commissioning, and execution of stamping equipment.
  • •Lead technical design and review meetings for required stamping equipment and coordinate investment stages with suppliers, ME, and the stamping shop teams.
  • •Create and modify Microsoft Project schedules, ensure task prioritization to meet project milestones, and report project updates to executives.
  • •Manage on-site installation and commissioning planning, track equipment test runs for SOP, and develop and execute FAT/SAT requirements with integrators.
  • •Generate RFQs for stamping equipment, vet integrator proposals, and provide manufacturing decision-making inputs by calculating production requirements and reviewing production schedules.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Industrial Equipment Engineering) and at least 5 years of professional experience.
  • •Technical apprenticeship with 10+ years of experience.
  • •Project management and stamping engineering experience in high-volume stamping lines, including greenfield stamping environments.
  • •Working knowledge of stamping manufacturing techniques and equipment including servo tandem press lines and laser blanking.
  • •Proficiency with MS Office and MS Project; experience with SAP and AutoCAD preferred.
