Key Responsibilities

  • •Create cost tracking models using historical data, purchase orders, and contractual obligations.
  • •Maintain and archive cost tracking models; implement and maintain the SAP Project System.
  • •Liaise with operations and back-office stakeholders to track actual cost versus budgeted across outages.
  • •Review and align timesheets and support planned-to-actual variance analysis and PO forecasting for overruns.
  • •Prepare CTM reports and monthly/quarterly/annual reports for Finance’s P&L and senior management, including post-season lessons learned.

Key Requirements

  • •Relevant Bachelor’s degree or at least 5 years of experience in a costing-related role.
  • •SAP experience is essential.
  • •Strong Excel skills essential.
  • •Experience in oil & gas maintenance outages would be beneficial.
  • •Ability to troubleshoot calculation errors and identify shortfalls to improve costing models and reporting.
