Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead validation efforts to ensure products meet datasheet specifications and VVCM requirements.
  • •Define and drive a comprehensive validation test plan and schedule with traceability and on-time delivery of results.
  • •Design and build validation PCBs and integrate with existing validation hardware infrastructure for GaN power stages and synchronous rectifiers.
  • •Build reusable automated test sequences and collect characterization data across devices and test conditions.
  • •Analyze results for compliance, perform statistical/limit validation, and drive root-cause analysis and cross-functional reviews for failures.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • •3+ years of semiconductor industry experience in characterization or validation.
  • •Proficiency with lab instrumentation including oscilloscopes, SMUs, DMMs, signal generators, and power supplies, plus NI PXI systems.
  • •Experience developing test automation using Python, NI TestStand, and LabVIEW.
  • •Hands-on PCB design and validation hardware skills, including Cadence Allegro X and high-voltage power circuit experience.
