Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, maintain and analyze detailed project schedules (e.g., Primavera P6 or MS Project) and integrated planning overviews for programs and projects.
  • •Conduct qualitative and quantitative risk analyses, including probabilistic models, and communicate P50/P90 scenarios to stakeholders.
  • •Prepare periodic reports on progress, planning, risks, KPIs and performance; implement governance structures around planning and controls.
  • •Perform data-driven analyses to identify trends and improvements; develop and implement improvement plans to increase value and predictability.
  • •Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams locally and internationally, acting as the planning and risk contact for clients and internal teams.

Key Requirements

  • •HBO or WO background in a technical field, business administration, project management, econometrics or similar, with 3–6 years of experience in project controls, planning or risk management.
  • •Proven ability to develop and manage project schedules ( Primavera P6 or MS Project ).
  • •Experience with qualitative and quantitative risk analyses, including probabilistic models and P50/P90 analyses.
  • •Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; experience working with multidisciplinary, international teams.
  • •Proactive, meticulous, and flexible; knowledge of project management methodologies (PRINCE2, PMI/PMBOK or IPMA) is a plus.
