Key Responsibilities

•Rotate across Corporate Development & M&A workstreams, including strategic analysis and market intelligence.
•Assist with financial modeling, valuation, and scenario analysis to support investment decisions.
•Participate in due diligence across technical, commercial, and operational domains.
•Support deal structuring, documentation, and internal approvals across the deal lifecycle.
•Collaborate cross-functionally and help prepare executive materials that translate analysis into actionable recommendations.

•Comfort working in fast-moving, high-stakes environments while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
•Interest in strategy, M&A, or corporate finance, with strong ability to communicate insights clearly.
