Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead portfolio management and define long-term strategies for all bus and marine technical systems, including architecture and digital integration frameworks.
  • •Establish KPIs and performance objectives for system uptime, data accuracy, and service reliability in line with the smart mobility roadmap.
  • •Manage vendor partnerships and SLAs, ensuring service delivery excellence and future-ready capabilities across the operations ecosystem.
  • •Oversee operations including real-time availability of operational data, maintenance planning, fault detection, troubleshooting, and integration of fare and passenger systems.
  • •Drive modernization, continuous improvement, and innovation using AI/analytics, while ensuring data governance, cybersecurity, risk management, and operational compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Transport Systems, or Information Technology.
  • •12+ years of experience with a Master’s degree, or 14+ years with a Bachelor’s degree in a related area.
  • •Strong expertise in cyber security and IT governance for transport technical systems.
  • •Experience with data management systems and intelligent transportation systems for real-time operations.
  • •Demonstrated capability in IT systems/infrastructure management, process automation/workflow management, and project management.
