Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage all areas of project management for singular real estate projects, including planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout.
  • •Work directly with clients to develop scope of work, delivery resource requirements, cost estimates and budgets, schedules and milestones, quality control, and risk identification.
  • •Conduct requests for proposals, complete bid evaluations, and recommend project delivery resources.
  • •Implement project documentation governance and ensure project data integrity and documentation accuracy, timeliness, and coordination.
  • •Direct the project delivery team, create action plans to meet budget/schedule/objectives, track progress, and report status and variances while developing risk mitigation and contingency plans.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 115,000 - 145,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •US Citizenship is required.
  • •Bachelor's Degree preferred (in lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered).
  • •5-8 years of relevant experience.
  • •In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • •LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designations preferred.
