Own technical delivery of Fireblocks implementations for AMER’s largest banks and financial institutions, from deal close through production. Key Responsibilities

•Own the transition from deal close to production, taking end-to-end accountability for delivered solutions.
•Define enterprise customer setup with Fireblocks, including API integrations, security architecture, and architecture documentation.
•Steer complex integrations across core banking, custody, tokenisation, and Travel Rule through to production.
•Codify reusable reference architectures, integration patterns, and playbooks to scale delivery across AMER.
•Act as the bridge between Sales, Product, R&D, and customers; support strategic pre-sales cycles with technical discovery and solution design.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 205,000 - 268,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science (or related) with 5+ years of relevant experience.
•Proven experience delivering post-sale implementations in complex enterprise or financial services environments.
•Experience with blockchain, cryptography, or Web3 (or with banks/financial institutions or enterprise financial systems; one is a must).
•Software development experience with a hands-on technical mindset.
•Deep understanding of IT security plus proven cloud experience, along with strong enterprise architecture knowledge.
