  • •Supervise supplier contract performance, resolve non-performance issues, and coordinate with the contracts team to implement needs.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, operations management, production logistics/procurement, or a related field (engineering training preferred).
  • •10+ years of experience managing supply chain, manufacturing operations, or complex industrial environments.
  • •10+ years of experience managing teams.
  • •Strong aerospace industry experience (rail sector experience is an asset).
  • •Strong SAP proficiency; Power BI knowledge is an asset, plus project management experience (PMP certification is an asset).
