Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain store standards and cleanliness, including cleanliness, organization, and visual presentation.
  • •Attend store meetings and participate in inventories while complying with inventory procedures.
  • •Greet customers promptly, provide current and relevant information, and support buying decisions.
  • •Provide service in fitting rooms, follow up with customers, and attempt to add on to sales.
  • •Meet or exceed weekly sales targets and offer efficient cash wrap service including gift cards and customer information capture.

Key Requirements
