Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervises employees involved in production/operations functions (assembly, inspection, test, final test) for manufacturing equipment, systems, and components.
  • •Prioritizes production schedules based on manpower, equipment efficiency, capacity, and materials requirements.
  • •Supports and tracks organization performance metrics; schedules and conducts milestone meetings to improve cycle time and other KPIs.
  • •Ensures timely response to operations issues affecting customer satisfaction and ensures conformance to customer/vendor requirements.
  • •Leads safety, EHS training compliance, accident prevention, and Lean, Safety and Quality; manages performance management and employee development plans.
