Job Summary

Provide on-premises AV and conference room support for AVI-SPL customers at customer sites. You’ll set up and break down event spaces, perform preventative maintenance, clean AV equipment, and document job-site activities. Troubleshoot and support audio/video systems, follow local safety standards, and provide client training as needed while coordinating with the customer, management team, Global Helpdesk, and SIG teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Set up and break down conference spaces to meet customer event needs.
•Perform preventative maintenance and clean AV equipment (e.g., camera lenses, monitors, equipment fans).
•Complete job-site documentation as needed and perform support tasks with quality and timeliness.
•Work with internal and external teams professionally and provide client training as needed.
•Set up and troubleshoot audio/video systems and travel to various job sites as required.

Key Requirements

•1–2 years of audiovisual support experience (preferred).
•Formal education in Electronics or a related field (preferred).
•Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
•Ability to effectively communicate with employees, customers, and colleagues.
•Valid driver’s license and a motor vehicle record that meets AVI-SPL driving standards.
