Key Responsibilities

  • •Test, create, implement, and support robotics process and desktop automations, including design, scripting, and ongoing maintenance for moderate complexity solutions.
  • •Create comprehensive test plans and test cases, define automation data needs across systems, and coordinate required test data.
  • •Develop and execute performance tests and performance/load testing to ensure expected automation performance levels are achieved.
  • •Investigate, analyze, and resolve technical problems, and at times lead clients and technical staff during troubleshooting.
  • •Write documentation for automation capabilities and operating procedures; estimate timelines, tasks, costs, and perform feasibility assessments for new automation opportunities.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • •5 to 6 years of relevant experience with programming concepts, development logic, or automating simple to medium complexity processes.
  • •Basic knowledge of system/application testing, software development life cycle, and application design and architecture.
  • •Basic knowledge of data/process modeling and change controls, plus automation technologies and robotics suites.
  • •Demonstrated problem-solving, project management, and teamwork/collaboration skills.
