Mortgage Loan Originator

Originate residential first mortgage loans for outside referrals, managing the full loan process from application through closing. You’ll develop referral contacts, gather applicant documentation, complete Fannie Mae Form 1003, review credit and daily rates, and transmit loan packages to LOMAS. Maintain knowledge of mortgage policies, products, underwriting, and federal lending regulations while managing your pipeline, providing timely updates, and meeting consumer lending objectives.
