Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze and approach problems by gathering information, diagnosing, and deciding on initial steps to resolution.
  • •Hand over issues to second line support, documenting all data relevant to problem resolution.
  • •Perform repairs and standard service actions with available tools and parts.
  • •Arrange necessary parts, tools, and information to execute procedures within customer machine time windows.
  • •Train customers in proper usage and routine maintenance, and advise on changes to procedures when needed.
  • •Identify and report gaps and improvement opportunities to stakeholders and share knowledge within the team.

Key Requirements

  • •Troubleshoot problems by gathering relevant information, analyzing data, and determining an initial resolution plan.
  • •Perform repairs and standard service actions using tools and replacement parts as needed.
  • •Coordinate with customers to arrange parts, tools, and information required at the start of procedures.
  • •Explain actions to users, train customers in machine use and routine maintenance, and suggest changes to user procedures when needed.
  • •Identify gaps and opportunities for process improvements and communicate them to relevant stakeholders.
