Key Responsibilities

  • •Build the sandbox isolation layer using microVMs/containers and Linux mechanisms like namespaces, cgroups, and seccomp, including snapshot/restore.
  • •Own the security boundary for untrusted customer code and ensure safe execution for AI agent workloads.
  • •Scale sandbox creation, density, and lifecycle management to thousands of concurrent environments with low latency.
  • •Write Go and own architecture and the hardest implementation decisions with the team.
  • •Lead people management for the team: hiring, performance, growth paths, and honest feedback.
