Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead development and implementation of a service design and AV strategy across 300+ centrally managed teaching, study, and event spaces.
  • •Provide expert leadership on learning space design and capital projects, partnering with Estates, ITS, and academic stakeholders on design, specification, and commissioning.
  • •Serve as expert authority on immersive and emerging learning technologies, horizon-scanning and recommending tools, technologies, and service models.
  • •Devise and review standards, policies, and governance frameworks for AV, presentation, video conferencing, lecture capture, immersive learning, and study space services.
  • •Lead people, reporting, evaluation, and delivery: manage a 30+ person team, produce business cases and briefings, oversee budgets/resources, and drive continuous improvement and risk/continuity planning.
