Key Responsibilities

  • •Material and Production Planning: Manage supply of direct materials to ensure availability according to production timelines and coordinate with master production scheduling to align material with schedules.
  • •Demand and Supply Analysis: Collaborate with Group supply chain to understand demand patterns and adjust material plans accordingly; generate purchase plans based on MRP and requirements.
  • •Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels, coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for material transfers, and minimize excess stock.
  • •Risk Management: Identify potential supply chain risks and develop contingency plans with stakeholders.
  • •Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze material, BOM, and usage data; generate reports on material planning metrics and provide insights to upper management.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Statistics, or similar field.
  • •3+ years of planning experience in a manufacturing or supply chain environment.
  • •Good English skills and ability to communicate effectively with multi-functional teams.
  • •Ability to work under high pressure in an agile environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • •Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills with stakeholder management capability.
