Key Responsibilities

  • •Implement monitoring, alerting, and observability dashboards to detect anomalies in real time.
  • •Provide L3 incident & problem management through deep troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.
  • •Optimize system performance and scalability by tuning configurations and validating responsiveness under load.
  • •Proactively identify and mitigate security vulnerabilities across the application and its environment.
  • •Ensure compliance and audit readiness by supporting evidence for ISO 27001, SOC2, and GDPR.
