  • •Lead and coordinate the Data Governance operations team, managing priorities, dependencies, and deliverables across workstreams.
  • •Monitor governance commitments, risks, audit actions, and remediation plans, escalating and closing delivery blockers in a timely manner.
  • •Establish governance and data quality reporting, KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives to increase transparency, efficiency, and scalability.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of experience in Data Governance, Compliance, Risk Management, Internal Controls, Program Management, or related disciplines.
  • •Strong understanding of Data Governance and Data Quality operating models, including data ownership, metadata management, and governance controls.
  • •Experience leading and developing distributed teams, including setting priorities and providing day-to-day direction.
  • •Proven ability coordinating complex cross-functional initiatives in regulated and international environments.
  • •Experience with data governance and workflow tooling (e.g., Informatica IDMC, Databricks Unity Catalog, Power BI, JIRA/Confluence) and process automation is advantageous.
