Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage day-to-day execution of aircraft development project elements and sub-projects.
  • •Develop Statements of Requirement (SoR) and draft/maintain Statements of Work (SoW) defining scope, deliverables, and responsibilities.
  • •Support project planning and ensure alignment with the Directorate’s overall strategy and objectives.
  • •Coordinate stakeholders to validate requirements and ensure integration across project phases.
  • •Lead GIS, Navigation, Simulators Visual Data Base & Mission Planning projects from initiation to closure, monitoring progress, risks, and resources while ensuring compliance and reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Surveying Engineering, Geographic Information System, Geomatics, Systems Engineering, or related field.
  • •7–10 years of professional experience in GIS, navigation, simulators visual data base & mission planning, or related technical fields, including project coordination.
  • •Ability to assess and manage risks and opportunities related to RSAF Air Systems requirements.
  • •Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies; PMP or equivalent certification is an advantage.
  • •Fluent English with strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills; proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
