Job Summary

Own technical planning and execution for manufacturing readiness, including capital cost and logistics, while coordinating cross-functional teams across operations, tooling, process engineering, automation, and R&D. Lead engineering changes and support product maintenance and continuous improvement as the technical expert. Ensure adherence to ISO and stage-gate/management of change processes and communicate effectively with vendors and internal stakeholders to optimize processes and reduce cost.

•Coordinate the technical development plan for RFQs/business cases, including cost inputs, capital equipment costs, and required technologies.
•Lead cross-functional teams to optimize processes and improve operational efficiencies.
•Oversee engineering and product design changes that optimize the manufacturing process.
•Lead technical communication with vendors and internal stakeholders.
•Support customers, manufacturing, and quality as the technical expert and ensure compliance with ISO and management of change/stage gate processes.
