Health and Safety Manager

Contribute and drive the organization by maintaining and developing Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental (QHSE) management systems aligned with relevant standards. Ensure compliance with QHSE legislation and Alfa Laval QHSE policies and strategies, coordinate QHSE activities/projects, keep risk and environmental analysis updated, and oversee auditing, KPIs, training/competences, SOPs, and continuous improvement initiatives. Directly manage QC engineers and support line management in QHSE accountability and culture.
