Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare and conduct all laboratory trials and material tests for precast and UHPC concrete.
  • •Perform sieve analysis and aggregate grading to assess material quality.
  • •Plot and interpret Particle Size Distribution (PSD) curves to optimize mixtures.
  • •Recommend grading and mix corrections to achieve optimum curve distribution for production.
  • •Conduct compressive and flexural strength tests and report standard deviation across trials and production batches.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree or Diploma in Civil / Materials Engineering
  • •Minimum 5 years’ experience in concrete laboratory testing
  • •Strong exposure to precast concrete and/or UHPC
  • •Solid understanding of statistical reporting and mix optimization
  • •Proven ability to maintain complete test records (digital and physical)
