Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure compliance with legislation, company procedures, and accredited environmental, health and safety management systems.
  • •Assist the doctor to ensure injuries and illnesses are treated adequately, including administering first aid and basic life-saving measures.
  • •Maintain confidential employee records and ensure proper daily recording in medical reports and documentation.
  • •Coordinate work-related injuries and illnesses with safety/HSE personnel for immediate investigation and corrective action.
  • •Support clinic operations by following standard operating procedures, ensuring medical equipment is fit for purpose and calibrated, and contributing to HSE initiatives and incident reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing and a Professional Qualification in QCHP (Qatar Council for Healthcare Practitioners).
  • •Minimum 5 years of working experience (3 years relevant); GCC experience is a plus.
  • •Knowledge of basic life support (BLS/ILS) and advanced cardiac life administration (ACLS).
  • •Knowledge of medical terminologies and occupational health standards (including ILO principles).
  • •ERP knowledge—preferably SAP functional skills—is required.
