Recruiting Operations Manager

Lead recruiting operations by owning the day-to-day health of recruiting systems and building the process infrastructure that lets recruiting scale. Manage and develop a team of recruiting coordinators and recruiting operations specialists, ensuring strong candidate and interviewer experiences. Partner closely with People Operations on offer letter management and background checks, maintain data hygiene across systems, and design repeatable workflows with future SOX compliance in mind.
