Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead enterprise customers from onboarding to full-scale adoption.
  • •Work directly with finance teams to redesign key processes, embedding AI where it delivers the most value.
  • •Partner with customers to deeply understand their ERP setup, accounting workflows, and success metrics.
  • •Train and enable end users so AI-powered automation becomes part of their daily toolkit.
  • •Act as the bridge between customers and our product/engineering team - championing feedback, surfacing unmet needs, and influencing roadmap.

Key Requirements

  • •2-3+ years in customer success, account management, consulting, or implementation with enterprise SaaS customers.
  • •Experience driving adoption of complex software, ideally AI-powered or automation platforms.
  • •Familiarity with finance operations, ERP systems, or accounting workflows is a strong plus.
  • •Exceptional communication skills - able to train, inspire, and win over buyers, key users and IT leaders.
  • •Proven ability to lead change management initiatives and help teams adopt new ways of working.
