Lead day-to-day store operations while supporting the store leadership team to deliver exceptional, personalized customer engagement. Coach and develop associates, help the team hit sales goals and KPIs, and model consumer-centric selling behaviors. Oversee merchandising standards, stockroom and inventory flow, shipping/receiving, and loss prevention practices. Uphold policies, safety, and brand directives, while fostering an inclusive store culture and participating in local community initiatives.
