Key Responsibilities

  • •Define user problems, product scope, success metrics, roadmap, and launch plans.
  • •Collaborate with engineering, design, data, operations, compliance, and business teams to deliver customer journeys.
  • •Use data, feedback, research, and production issues to improve product decisions and trade-offs.
  • •Launch features, monitor performance, and drive continuous iteration after release.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience as Product Manager or Product Owner (or similar product leadership/founder/growth/product operator role).
  • •Strong product sense and ability to simplify complex workflows for users.
  • •Ability to work deeply with engineering and designers to ship real product features.
  • •Comfort with metrics, user feedback, experiments, and post-launch iteration.
  • •Strong writing, prioritization, and stakeholder management with high ownership.
