Key Responsibilities

•Support the shop’s management team with managerial tasks and work with other areas of the shop to meet customer demand.
•Ensure Partners operate in a safe and legal manner.
•Fulfil online customer orders for drivers to deliver, and support with Click & Collect and on-demand customer orders.
•Replenish stock to keep shelves full and products in the right place at the right time.
•Proactively drive commercial performance, reduce wastage, and maintain a safe and tidy working environment with shop-keeping tasks.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: GBP 14.58 hourly

Key Requirements

•Be 18 years or over due to working time regulations.
•Have good people and leadership skills.
•Have a good understanding of retail and how to maximise commercial success.
•Have experience working in a customer-facing role.
•Show good stakeholder management skills when working with third parties and the wider Partnership.
