Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as principal customer contact and definitive single point of executive escalation across complex programme streams.
  • •Own executive accountability for programme strategy, delivery governance, and operational excellence for a ~$100M+ CX Services portfolio.
  • •Integrate AI and intelligent automation into delivery operating models to forecast risk, optimise commercial performance, and increase delivery velocity.
  • •Provide portfolio-level governance over multi-year SOWs, including margin realisation, vendor performance, risk provisions, and revenue expansion.
  • •Lead and mentor a large, multi-geo matrix team of programme managers, architects, and engineers; oversee multi-vendor governance and ecosystem orchestration.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline with 15+ years leading large-scale IT and network transformation programmes, or 18+ years equivalent enterprise delivery leadership.
  • •10+ years as the primary engagement leader and trusted advisor to C-suite/C-1 executives in multi-million-pound/dollar enterprise environments.
  • •Hands-on experience implementing and using AI platforms, machine learning models, or intelligent automation tools within programme governance for predictive risk and operational decision-making.
  • •Proven end-to-end governance and commercial accountability over £50M+ / $75M+ services portfolios across complex multi-vendor contracts, SOWs, and multi-geography teams.
  • •Experience leading enterprise network and infrastructure transformation programmes across Campus/Data Centre architectures (e.g., Cisco Nexus, ACI, Catalyst, or Software-Defined Access).
