Key Responsibilities

  • •Architect, design, and implement the agent runtime and orchestration platform for AI-assisted development workflows across Applied products.
  • •Bridge AI research capabilities to production software needs by translating emerging agentic patterns into deployable infrastructure.
  • •Own the end-to-end lifecycle of agentic systems and define core abstractions for agents, tools, memory, planning, validation, and execution.
  • •Develop the MCP platform to unify code, documentation, and developer lifecycle MCPs into dependable context infrastructure.
  • •Design secure tool access and controlled execution, and establish evaluation frameworks and observability (logging, metrics, tracing).

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 152,000 - 208,500 annually

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of industry relevant experience designing agent runtimes or orchestration layers (not just using frameworks).
  • •Strong system design for reliable, observable, developer-facing services and agentic systems.
  • •Proficiency in at least one major programming language (Java, Python, or C++) and hands-on integration of AI/ML models into developer workflows.
  • •Experience building and operating developer tooling or platform infrastructure (SDKs, CLIs, APIs, runtimes) in large-scale engineering environments.
  • •Experience designing end-to-end architectures spanning agents, tools, memory, governance, and observability.
