Lead a lean, cross-functional incubator within Adobe's Technical Pre-Sales to identify and scale AI-driven technical sales initiatives. Oversee end-to-end design-to-maturity programs, partner with TPS, Product, Engineering and Sales, and translate emerging tech into new sales motions, with accountability for impact on deal velocity, platform adoption, and enterprise transformation.

Key Responsibilities

•Identify net-new opportunities where technical innovation unlocks faster deal conviction and enterprise transformation narratives
•Incubate initiatives that do not yet belong to TPS, Business Unit, or Sales motions, including AI-led or cross-cloud sales experiences
•Own initiatives end-to-end through maturity: value proposition, scope, governance, and success metrics
•Lead cross-functional work across Technical Pre-Sales, Product, Engineering, Partners, and Sales Leadership with lean org design
•Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, shaping prioritization and ensuring innovations are adopted and scaled

Travel: High travel

Key Requirements

•12–15+ years of experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives spanning Sales, Technical Pre-Sales, or Enterprise Strategy
•Demonstrated ability to design and operationalize new technical sales motions at scale; experience with Prove-Before-You-Buy, POC, or pilot program design
•Strong technical fluency paired with sharp business judgment; able to credibly engage product, engineering, and sales leadership
•Track record of leading through influence across large organizations without direct headcount authority
•Outstanding executive presence and communication skills to represent innovations to C-level stakeholders and senior Adobe leadership
