Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end calendar management for the CEO, prioritizing time against company goals, stakeholder needs, and leadership cadences; proactively resolve conflicts and protect prep, travel, and deep-work windows.
  • •Partner closely with the Chief of Staff, Head of Office of the CEO, and other EAs to ensure the CEO’s schedule reflects strategic priorities and that handoffs are seamless.
  • •Plan and manage detailed domestic and international travel, including itineraries, and logistics for board meetings, off-sites, and external appearances.
  • •Build lightweight systems and documentation that improve executive workflows; use modern productivity tools and AI to increase speed, quality, and reliability.
  • •Serve as a high-judgment point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, maintaining confidentiality and representing the CEO’s office with professionalism.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 152,000 - 228,000 annually
