Key Responsibilities

  • •Contribute to UX design efforts across the product lifecycle, from discovery through final design specifications and delivery
  • •Translate complex financial workflows into intuitive user experiences for B2B users and downstream consumer interactions
  • •Design, prototype, and test user experiences for digital financial products
  • •Collaborate closely with Product Management and Engineering to align user needs with business goals and technical considerations. Participate in discovery efforts to help define problems and shape design opportunities
  • •Communicate design rationale clearly by articulating the “why” behind decisions—including user needs, business context, and intended outcomes—so cross-functional partners can make informed decisions

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of UX design experience, preferably in enterprise (B2B) or complex products
  • •Strong experience working within design systems at scale
