Job Summary

Build and maintain Dialpad’s native Salesforce integration and contribute to other integrations that power real-time automations and data transfers between Dialpad and complementary systems. Write architectural design and specification documents, develop well-tested features with unit tests, and participate in code reviews. Serve as a technical expert, mentor fellow engineers, and support emerging Agentic AI initiatives using a stack including Apex, Python, Vue.js, Redis, and Google Cloud.

•Develop and maintain Dialpad’s Salesforce integration.
•Contribute to the development of other Dialpad integrations.
•Write architectural design and specification documents.
•Develop well-tested features with unit tests and appropriate test hooks, and participate in code reviews to ensure quality and scalability.
•Assist with emerging Agentic AI technologies, represent the team as a technical expert, and provide mentorship and guidance to other engineers.

Key Requirements

•7+ years of professional experience as a Senior Software Engineer.
•Experience with at least one major backend language (especially Java or Python) and one major frontend language (especially Vue or React).
•Experience with Agile development methodologies.
•Testing, debugging, and troubleshooting skills.
•Experience building integrations and proficiency with ETL data pipelines.
