Job Summary

Own end-to-end planning and execution of the Americas ElasticON events, turning global event strategy into consistent regional delivery plans. Manage budgets, project plans, timelines, workstreams, and risk/contingency planning, while coordinating venues, production, logistics, staffing, and onsite operations. Run event websites and registration platforms (Cvent), align with internal teams to deliver attendee experiences that drive pipeline and strengthen the Elastic brand.

•Lead end-to-end planning, project management, and execution of the Americas ElasticON tour.
•Build and manage comprehensive project plans, timelines, milestones, and critical paths while keeping stakeholders aligned.
•Manage event delivery including venue sourcing, production, audiovisual, registration, staffing, transportation, security, and onsite operations.
•Oversee event websites, registration platforms, and attendee communications; ensure accurate reporting and Salesforce integration.
•Develop and manage event budgets, forecasts, purchase orders, contracts, and invoice reconciliation to deliver within budget.

•Exceptional project management and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
•Experience managing significant event budgets, vendor negotiations, and contract administration.
