Key Responsibilities

  • •Complete nightly doorstep trash and recycling collection during service evenings.
  • •Collect bagged trash from resident doorsteps using the assigned tote/cart.
  • •Transport collected trash using an open-bed pickup truck or cart and dispose of it in on-site dumpsters/compactors/chute rooms.
  • •Perform additional assigned services such as porter service, bulk item hauling, pet station waste removal, pressure washing, compactor clean-up, and light cleanliness tasks.
  • •Use the company’s field app for timekeeping, check-in/out, and reporting, and maintain daily communication with your supervisor/manager.

  • •Own an open-bed pickup truck (required at most properties) and possess a valid driver’s license with auto insurance in your name (or listed as an authorized driver).
  • •Lift up to 25 lbs., use hands/arms repetitively, climb stairs in apartment buildings, and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
