Deliver reliable nightly doorstep trash and recycling collection for multifamily communities serviced by Butler Plus. You’ll use the assigned tote/cart to collect bagged waste from resident doorsteps, then safely transport it with your open-bed pickup truck and dispose of it in on-site dumpsters or compactors. Use the Butler Plus field app for check-in/out and reporting, assist with additional services as needed, and communicate daily with your supervisor to keep operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

•Complete nightly doorstep trash and recycling collection during service evenings.
•Collect bagged trash from resident doorsteps using the assigned tote/cart.
•Transport collected trash using an open-bed pickup truck or cart and dispose of it in on-site dumpsters/compactors/chute rooms.
•Perform additional assigned services such as porter service, bulk item hauling, pet station waste removal, pressure washing, compactor clean-up, and light cleanliness tasks.
•Use the company’s field app for timekeeping, check-in/out, and reporting, and maintain daily communication with your supervisor/manager.

Salary: USD 1,000

Key Requirements

•Own an open-bed pickup truck (required at most properties) and possess a valid driver’s license with auto insurance in your name (or listed as an authorized driver).
•Lift up to 25 lbs., use hands/arms repetitively, climb stairs in apartment buildings, and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
•Use a smart phone to download and use the company app for timekeeping, check-in/out, and reporting.
•Demonstrate self-motivation, reliability, and the ability to work independently while maintaining service quality.
•High school diploma or equivalent; customer service experience is a plus.
