Job Summary

Develop customer relationships and drive sales growth by using a consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to recommend retail consumer and small business banking solutions. Proactively reach out using CAMP and approved marketing tools, cross-sell deposits, loans, and fee-based services, and set appointments for periodic financial reviews. Collaborate with business partners (Mortgage, Small Business, Commercial, Investment) and guide CSRs on sales and referral processes while maintaining risk, ethics, and confidentiality standards.

Key Responsibilities

•Complete a 4-8 week onboarding and education program with rotations in Operations and Sales & Service, followed by certification.
•Use the consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles and identify financial needs.
•Maintain in-depth knowledge of retail consumer and small business products/services and recommend appropriate solutions.
•Proactively reach out with CAMP and other approved marketing tools to set appointments for periodic financial reviews.
•Cross-sell to existing customers and conduct outside sales activities, including work with assigned business partners for referrals.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•College degree or work experience with transferable skills (or a combination of education and experience).
•Experience in the financial industry preferred.
•Demonstrated ability to build comfort with sales activities to acquire new customers and cross-sell to established customers.
•Ability to demonstrate understanding of advanced math functions to analyze credit and financial information.
•S.A.F.E. Act registration required at the time of employment through NMLS (MU4R registration required).
