Job Summary

Architect and manage complex infrastructure software solutions, translating client business requirements into integrated designs that meet current and future needs. Provide multi-technology, vendor-specific expertise (including Cisco, Microsoft, VMware, and Palo Alto) and ensure compliance with Software Asset Management and Software Licensing policies. Support service transitions with licensing guidance, administer software and hardware contracts, and improve internal methodologies, tools, and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

•Architect and communicate high-level structures for integrated infrastructure solutions.
•Analyze client business requirements and ensure deployment and operation of infrastructure software.
•Create detailed designs covering component specifics and interconnections.
•Research emerging infrastructure technologies and promote software-defined infrastructure best practices.
•Support licensing and service transition activities, including reviews for renewal proposals and maintaining licensing compliance.

Key Requirements

•Deep understanding of Cisco Smart accounts and Smart licensing, including clear communication of ideas.
•In-depth knowledge of hardware, software, and configuration operating models.
•Proficiency with licensing models including Perpetual, Right to Use, End-User, Subscription, and Enterprise Agreements.
•Strong understanding of supply chain management methodologies and toolsets.
•Bachelor’s degree in information technology or a related field.
