Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of work experience with a Bachelor’s degree or an Advanced degree (e.g., Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD).
  • •Experience in card or financial services with strong dispute processing and issuing/merchant acquiring/back-office and banking operations.
  • •Advanced understanding of transaction processing (authorization, clearing, settlement) and card technologies such as tokenization and EMV.
  • •Strong judgment and negotiation skills to drive client outcomes while minimizing operational risk.
  • •Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and tools including MicroStrategy, Tableau, Power BI, SharePoint, Visio, and Visa Resolve Online.
