Lead and manage the hybrid ABSN nursing learning site in collaboration with the university and healthcare partners. Own the strategy for clinical, lab, proctoring, simulation, scheduling, and compliance activities, and implement systems to measure operational outcomes. Manage and develop direct reports, secure necessary equipment and supplies, and ensure quality, health, safety, legal, environmental, and regulatory requirements are met while supporting student service delivery.
