Supervisor, Technical Facilities Maintenance

Lead a facilities maintenance team to ensure Nationwide’s buildings and data center environments are safe, reliable, and fully operational. Supervise preventive maintenance, repairs, and emergency response across electrical/life safety, mechanical, plumbing, refrigeration, and HVAC systems. Develop maintenance programs, manage budgets and outside contractors, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local codes while coordinating building management system hardware/software.
