  • •Ensure facilities and equipment operate efficiently by overseeing technical support staff and coordinating vital contractor resources.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent is required; Associate of Science degree or technical school certificate is acceptable.
  • •Typically 6+ years of demonstrated experience in a specific trade (HVAC/mechanical, electrical/life safety, etc.).
  • •Hold required federal/state licenses/registrations; electrical license required where mandated by applicable state; HVAC requires Universal CFC certification and State Stationary Engineer’s license or equivalent coursework.
  • •Detailed knowledge of trade systems (HVAC mechanical and life safety), motor controls, vibration analysis, equipment balancing, and related installation/maintenance codes and techniques.
  • •Ability to interpret blueprints and schematics and evaluate/recommend solutions to complex mechanical system problems.
