Key Responsibilities

•Develop customer engagement strategies in partnership with Account Executive(s) in your designated territory.
•Coach junior Solutions Architects and teams on use case prioritization and building technical champions.
•Influence stakeholders at all levels through complex engagements across the cloud ecosystem and 3rd-party applications.
•Operate as an expert solution architect and trusted advisor for significant data analytics architecture, design, and adoption of the Databricks Data Intelligence Platform.
•Develop customer-facing collateral and lead workshops, seminars, and meet-ups as part of technical community engagement.

Key Requirements

•Experience in complex customer interactions and the sales lifecycle in a technical pre-sales capacity.
•Ability to influence decision-makers and C-level executives through relationship building and orchestrating teams for long-term customer success.
•Prior coding experience in a core programming language such as Python, Java, or Scala, plus willingness to learn Spark basics.
•Hands-on experience delivering complex proofs-of-concept and working with public cloud platforms.
•Ability to provide technical solutions for specialized customer needs in a competitive landscape.
