Job Summary

Transform raw program and client service data into actionable insights to help improve impact and strategy. Collect, clean, and analyze complex datasets, build and maintain dashboards and KPI reporting, and uncover trends that support decision-making. Partner with program managers and leadership, communicate findings to technical and non-technical audiences, and prepare reports and data visualizations for internal stakeholders, funders, and grant applications while ensuring data quality and integrity.

Key Responsibilities

•Collect, clean, and analyze complex datasets from sources related to client services and community programs.
•Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track KPIs and program outcomes.
•Interpret data to identify trends and patterns that inform strategic decision-making.
•Collaborate with program managers and leadership to understand data requirements and provide analytical support.
•Prepare clear reports and compelling data visualizations for internal stakeholders, funders, and grant applications; ensure data accuracy and integrity.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 25 - 45 hourly

Key Requirements

•Proven experience working as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
•Strong proficiency with data analysis and querying languages, particularly SQL.
•Advanced spreadsheet skills, including Microsoft Excel.
•Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
•A bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
