Job Summary

Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale spatial planning and master planning projects. Manage cross-disciplinary teams, coordinate with clients and stakeholders, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget while meeting quality and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of multiple large-scale projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives and business goals.
•Oversee multi-disciplinary technical and design teams, including subcontractors, ensuring clear communication and effective collaboration
•Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project partners to ensure high levels of satisfaction and project success.
•Act as the primary point of contact and escalation for clients on projects
•Ensure project processes and deliverables meet HSEQ and technical compliance standards and requirements

Key Requirements

•Spoken and written Arabic language skills
•Understanding of transport, infrastructure, environmental, and economic discipline areas given the cross-disciplinary nature of spatial planning projects.
•Experience in undertaking quality assurance processes and major project reviews, to ensure outputs meet client expectations and WSP quality requirements
•Understanding and evidence of application of data-driven analytical processes, tools and software
•Skilled in preparing technical and commercial proposals
